I gave 3 stars because the students are awesome. I’ve had my hair colored and cut and was happy with the out come, however the “leaders” seem very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They yell or talk rudely to their students. One time a leader even took over and was mad cause she had to show a student how to give me curtain bangs. Instead of being a good leader and talking her through it she just did it quickly and took deep annoying breaths that whole time. I’ve never worked in a salon but I do know customer service. Maybe they need training on it?

I frequent here often and honestly it’s very much so a hit or miss. Very little of the staff seem trained in curly hair textures which leads to me spending $200+ to basically not receive the service I paid for. I tried reaching out to managment for a solution as my Brazilian blowout wasn’t done correctly and wasn’t contacted back. In the past I have had pleasant experiences with fixing my hair but this time around not so much unfortunately. If you have textured hair or are paying for a service such as a Brazilian blowout, perm, etc. I would suggest you go elsewhere.

I absolutely love VICI!!! I have never had a bad experience… considering I’m letting students cut and color my hair. I’ve always left extremely happy! They use the best products and you pay a fraction of the price. I would also recommend the facials. Soooo relaxing!!!! Love love love VICI!!!
