I highly recommend Lacy of Cedar & Sage (inside Delaware House) for deep tissue massage. I've been experiencing pain and limited range of motion. Lacy was attentive and responsive to my requests. The massage relieved pain and restored my range of motion. The studio space was clean, comfortable and calming. Services are reasonably priced. I'll be back!

Delaware House was the first place to welcome me warmly as a student in 2006 (back when my hair was pink, didn't own any dance shoe, didn't speak English, and the building was in the middle of renovation! :D) My description falls short to showing how much this place nurtured and inspired my love for dance. 16 years later I'm still here, inspired and leading one of the fulfilling dance classes in Milwaukee (Afro-Latin Rhythms, aka Magic Mondays). I recommend this for any independent artist/health facilitator looking to run their independent business, as well as anyone seeking to get treatment or join a new dance experience. From the minute you walk in, you will feel your welcomed!

Delaware House offers a huge variety of wellness and classes to the community. I was always curious about this place as I walked by it many times. I finally stopped in just to check it out and a friendly dance instructor came over and gave me some information. The space inside is way bigger then it looks on the outside. It's very clean, open and spacious. Delaware House offers dance, yoga, physical therapy, massages, personal training, skin care, and acupuncture. I have been here for the deep tissue massages with Lacy and love it! I have also been here for dance lessons with Jessica. She is wonderful. My husband and I still need to come in for a group lesson and one of their Salsa Socials on some Friday nights. Give this place a try!
