Jim Grenz walked me through all the options and provided me with three quotes, each depending on the low, medium, or high grade HVAC that were recommended. They answered all my questions, did the install in one afternoon, and even entertained my questions and requests for system configuration tutorial. Awesome!The second was a repair to my gas fireplace. The pilot light had just aged, and my penchant for turning off the pilot after winter was not a good idea. In any case, I have used Dave Droegkamp for several problems and have always been happy with the repairs. Service has been courteous and prompt. I have received good prices for all the work they have preformed and recently, they went out of their way to give me a better price on a part. I have referred friends and family to this company.“
