Shane is very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain the problems with my furnace and the options given to resolve the issue are very through. Highly recommend working with them.I will be using On Time Heating to do my annual maintenance on my HVAC system to prevent any future failures.thanks On Time!

Gave them a call late last night as my heating had shut off and was unable to get it up and running again. Shane answered and was able to walk me through some troubleshooting items. Within 30 minutes I had my heat back on and a new item on order to repair it today. Super helpful and able to answer my questions. Definitely will giving them a call for service moving forward. Thanks Shane! Made me look like a superstar to my fiancé! Would recommend to anyone.

Of course our furnace went out on a Sunday, after the biggest snow storm in years, with sub-zero temps, on a holiday weekend. To top it off it's a Sunday and the Packers are in the playoffs. The only place that answered our call for help was On Time Heating & Cooling. They responded immediately and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend!!!
