Staff always give great service. Dress shirt and comforter cleaned perfectly and handled with care. Sadly however the cost to clean the comforter was expensive. With TJMax & Home Goods available I can next time get a new comforter rather then dry clean the old one

I was in search of Sarah Powers (formerly at Bare Beauty) and found her working here, still in Mequon. Sarah first microbladed my eyebrows after my first round of chemotherapy and did an amazing job! I was determined from that point on that she would be the ONLY one touching my brows... EVER! She is incredibly personable and energetic and listens as well as talks you through the entire experience. Both Sarah and the salon give off a wonderful vibe. The minute you walk in, you know you're going to be pampered. Sarah's quality of work is excellent! My brows are filled in and look natural, not thick, heavy, and overdone. I can't give enough stars for this salon. I was supposed to have an appointment at a different place and they canceled my color for a wedding the day of. I left a message for the Le Cheveu / Encore owner, and she got me in with 2 hour notice ON HER DAY OFF. She fixed my old hair that had 1 year old color that was too grown out. Not to mention great advice for how to keep my copper tones in check between appointments. She's officially my "go-to hair girl" from here on out!

We needed our gas main repaired due to an issue flagged by WeEnergies and Boehlke fixed us right up in no time. Our technician, Darryl, was so nice and fixed an issue with our dryer shutoff valve as well. Not everyone is aware that plumbers fix issues with natural gas pipes and Boehlke did a great job!
Called Mark on a Friday afternoon with a clog issue. Mark answered promptly and was able to come out the same day. Great guy, great customer service, and got the job done quickly.
You don’t truly appreciate running water until you wake up on a Sunday morning and hear nothing but gurgling coming from the faucet. After calling Liebau-Laun in desperation, Art immediately came to my home and diagnosed the problem. Despite being a Sunday, without hesitation, he offered to replace my well pump so our family could having running water by the end of the afternoon.
Besides being incredibly friendly and personable, Art was very professional, and demonstrated a high attention to detail and exemplary technical skills. I am extremely pleased and confident his work will last a long time.

John, the owner, was great to work with, as was his entire crew. They did a full redesign of our landscaping and hardscaping. Dug up inches of old rock, laid new quality dirt, graded everying and planted and hardscaped with lannon stone. Even came back to assess plants that didn't make it through the harsh winter and replanted new ones. Excellent service. Quality people. And beautiful work. We finished a project over a year ago in our house in Glendale. We spent the winter discussing it with their sales rep/manager who was never able to give us a proper diagram or pricing because “you never really know until you get into it.” Our 5 day spring project began in late June and took only 5 days to complete - they just neglected to tell me that those five days would be spread over a month. In the end, the work was first rate and the crew was excellent. We have no complaints about that. The final accounting was a bit suspect and - without question - their sales rep was unreliable and unresponsive. For the quality of work and final results , we give highest marks; for the angst and frustration of getting to that point..:let’s just say we wouldn’t do that again.

I came here having been to a chiropractor decades ago (in my youth) and not having had the best experience with that chiropractor. I was desperate for some relief with some postpartum issues. I consulted with another chiropractor nearby, but when I realized the cost difference to go through insurance, I came here. Dr. Kenzie has totally changed my perception and experience of chiropractors. In a short amount of time she has significantly helped me with movement and pain management related to postpartum healing. Here's what I really enjoy: 1. She pairs adjustments with exercises that make a difference. So, yes, there is work on your end to feel better - but it seriously makes a difference. 2. She takes it appointment by appointment, rather than another place less than a mile a way that wanted to sell me 3x/week for 12 weeks and re-exams every so many visits. Instead, I have seen change going every 1-3 weeks, but can make appointments sooner if I feel the need. Her adjustments are holding well for me and the exercises are really helping. 3. She bills insurance, so the cost out of pocket (or HSA) is significantly lower. 4. Dr. Kenzie is super friendly, caring, gentle and supportive. Her staff is friendly, too. 5. She doesn't waste time. My first adjustment was same day as exam and didn't cost anything more (another place charged me $170 for exam, made me come two days before adjusting me on second visit for another fee). 6. Waiting room is comfortable.
Dr. Molly is kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She's always an attentive listener and does her best to make sure all her patients are comfortable while receiving care. I see her weekly for a long term condition and I've been happy with my treatment. I have a friend who also sees her for a more short term issue that has been equally impressed with the care he's received and the improvement he's felt. If you're in the area and you're looking for a good chiropractor you'll have a hard time finding one better than Dr. Molly.

The night I came in was such a wonderful experience. I had a 7:15-9 PM appointment and I was worried because of that the staff may be tired, annoyed, ready to go home! I was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk in a very friendly manner. It was Paige and one other person that I unfortunately don’t remember her name. When I was done at 9 they were equally as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was so surprised to hear they both had been there less than a year. They knew their stuff like they had been there for a few years! They also said it was their first time working together but it seemed like they were a great team already. Keep up the great work girls!
