This is the best European Wax Center in Southeastern Wisconsin. The front desk receptionists are amazing, so kind, and always helpful. Sometimes the waxists can be late because of other clients, leave wax on you or your clothes, or are rushing. But really, they're all very trained, rip the wax in the correct ways, and are very fast!
I have been driving 45 minutes to see Angelica for 2 years now every 4 week. I love her! She’s professional, kind, fast, and knowledgeable. I use every product she tells me to and I see the results. She always lets me know about promotions and rewards so that I can save money on products and or services. I went from getting 1 service in the beginning to 5 services now.
I had such an easy amazing process with Mal my wax specialist. She did such a great job, was patient with me and made sure I was happy with my end results ! From the second I walked through the door, I had nothing but great greetings, smiles and felt welcome. A WONDERFUL place to come!!! 10-10 experience.
