“I have been coming to OST in Menasha for 4 years now. I started after I had my son for diastasis Recti and continue to go for any ailments that come up. Sarah is amazing! She listens to what you have to say, sympathizes with you, and helps you create a plan that works best for you. She is caring and hilarious. If you need something dry needled, massaged, worked through, Sarah has got you. I highly recommend OST and Sarah!!“
