After getting into a car accident my wife and I were both struggling with lingering back pain. We decided to schedule an appointment with Doctor Zach and the results have been amazing! He is kind, knowledgeable and makes what can be an intimidating experience a comfortable one.

I am an internal medicine physician and come to this office and see Zach for my own physical therapy for a neurological condition. Zach is a well read and frankly a very skilled physical therapist. After only three sessions, I am already seeing some improvements in muscle groups that have been weak for years . I have seen a few different physical therapists over the years and I definitely think Zach is the best and I would recommend him to my own patients as well as to my family and friends

Zach Vandenberg has been a game changer for me. I suffered a hamstring injury 6-7 years ago and it healed on its own in a big knotted mess. While running the Fox Cities Marathon I felt the very familiar pain of a tear in the same spot. The orthopedic dr sent me to Athletico. Zach listened to my story and my goals. He gave me a doable home exercise program that I do almost daily. I’ve been seeing Zach once a week for the past month and I’m feel stronger. He challenges me during our sessions and gives me constructive criticism on form and what I need to focus on. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous (poor guy has to see my butt) and has a good sense of humor....read full review
