“I love SOG! Theresa is a well-trained instructor in many types of yoga practices. I never feel intimidated or that I need to "keep up" with the class. She is marvelous at reading her class participants and their needs, struggles and successes. She is also relaxed and adds humor and lightheartedness where appropriate.
