A little rigid for @home in communicating with caregivers and supporting your loved ones well being, at a distance, this model of care can be fraught with miscommunications. They do not customize care and quite frankly hinder ´a homey feel’ in this strict standard.They also can’t guarantee a consistent caregiver day to day. The scheduling is unexpected at best for both clients and caregivers. This discontinuity of care is detrimental for those being cared for and their loved ones, advocates and personal care managers.We have used the service since January of 2023.“

“Wonderful company to provide services for your in-home care. They work with the VA and CHAMPVA to provide RN care for Veterans and their families. One of their caregivers has become a very close friend as a result of the care she provided to our mom. Having this kind of in-home care can keep a senior out of the nursing home. We used this because we did not agree with the Hospice model and we had MORE coverage than had we gone with Hospice.“
