We have been customers of the Granite Shop of Madison for 15 years now, and most recently, they helped us install the most beautiful countertops in bathrooms and a sunporch in our home. As usual they come through with flying colors. We keep coming back because not only do they always have fair and reasonable prices, but they also treat us like family and provide the best customer service. From the owners, Emerson and Luis, to all the staff in between, everyone does a terrific job - very efficient and meticulous. We received excellent service. Sales and install met all expectations. Then when we encountered an issue down the road, they gave top notch follow up and worked to make it 100% perfect again. I absolutely recommend the Granite Shop of Madison, and verbally tell everyone as well. I tried elsewhere first, and after being so disappointed, finding the Granite Shop was a huge blessing. I can tell they take their work personally and care to do the best.
