The worst thing is I went to make a purchase and the salesperson wasn't there and the other employees weren't interested. Could it be because I'm Hispanic and they think I don't have the money to buy?

Order and had two Montigo fireplaces installed without an issue. They work great. Unfortunately my puppy didn't do so well on one of my screens. Called Capo in December to get a new screen. Nothing. I have place 7 subsequent calls and am still trying to order the screen. Not certain if this is a Capo or Montigo issue but certainly wouldn't expect to have such a tough time getting a new screen.

Finding someone to work on a Heat & Glo proved to challenging. Went through the corporate website to schedule a service call with no response at all. Posted "seeking services" on our community website and was told to call Capo Fireside.My experience couldn't have been better. Arrived on time (slightly early) and were very professional and certainly knew their stuff. The repair itself was pretty easy but they also found a gas leak which they fixed. That alone was worth the price of the service call. Cleaned everything as they reinstalled the glass and door. Couldn't make a better recommendation. First class all the way.
