I have had multiple underwhelming experiences here. Last year Forward Dental canceled my cleaning appointment without any notification. Then Forward Dental changed their software programs and I gave them another chance. This time they claim I do not have dental insurance and just billed me without a call to say hey we had trouble entering your insurance. I remember this happening many, many years ago and the dental office just called and we got the numbers right, here nah just bill him.Called Forward Dental and was told that the "office manager" was off and would call back. No call back days later, attempted to call the "office manager" again, sat on hold for a few minutes and the call was hung up.My insurance company on the other hand was extremely friendly and helped me put in the claim that this company couldn't/wouldn't do for some reason.I recommend to go somewhere else, I know I will.

This place is just unprofessional. The dentist here has been snappy with me before for having dental anxiety. But the last time I went took the cake. She had a cancellation (no shock there) and wanted me to come in early. No problem. I come in early and get the sense she's in a rush. I require laughing gas for anxiety (which was a whole other thing to even get in the first place ) well she only let it run for a few minutes before trying to jab a needle in my mouth for the cavity. I wasn't fully relaxed and gagged. She told me she couldn't do the cavity and told me I needed to "let it get worse" and be sedated to take care of it when it was worse as they won't sedate me for a minor cavity. Not only that but they charged me $95 for the 10 mins of laughing gas. Needless to say I won't be going back there.
