Aspen dental? More like ASS-pen dental I went in for a tooth extraction and it was such an uncomfortable experience. I already have so much dental anxiety as it is and this whole experience just made it a thousand times worse. The dentist pretty much lied to me and told me that I should not feel any pain during the procedure while I was in so much pain. They did not offer me any laughing gas or play a movie to distract me which are things that have helped me at other dental offices. I do understand that it is an affordable dental office and that they were able to get me in right away. Those are the only two positives about the place. If you have any dental anxiety whatsoever I would never recommend going here.

Front desk receptionist on 1/2/24 needs some re-evaluation. Sometimes people need REAL customer service- not a dumb look in the face as if I don't know what I'm talking about.

I went here to have my teeth whitened and was told I would need an initial exam before, but that I could probably be whitened the same day. When I got there they immediately did a full set of bite wings and a panoramic exrays. Then the dentist tells me I have three cavities (I just had my teeth cleaned by my dentist 3 months ago). She tells me she won't whiten my teeth until the cavities are fixed. Then I go to scheduling and they inform me it will be $1000 out of pocket and that the whitening would cost $750. This is twice the price of other dentists in Madison. Fortunately, I didn't get gouged for the exrays and insurance covered them. But I walked out and will not return. I wish I had read all these scathing reviews I should have never went in the first place.
