Their crew is conscientious, personable, professional, hard-working and they will only do quality work, always trying to do what's best for your house (even if it makes their jobs more difficult). Their prices are reasonable, and realistic, finding that nice niche of making sure you are getting great value, but also taking care of their workers. 10/10. Don't hesitate using them, and if you have ANY issues, I would be shocked. “The Ultra Painting crew just wrapped up painting the exterior of my house. The house is 55 years old and this is the first time since it was built that it has received a fresh coat of paint (stain). From a drab fleshy beige to a stunning slate. What a dramatic difference. The crew was there on time everyday, worked their butts off, and cleaned up each evening. I'm seriously Impressed with their ability to cut in such clean lines by hand. Kenzie and Grant were great to work with on the coordination of the project. Communication was excellent. “Due to some bad Dane County storms we have needed to have some vinyl siding repair work done on a few different occasions. After initially contracting with a couple of different local Madison area siding companies and then having received less than stellar work from them, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Service Project Manager Dwight T. at Waunakee Remodeling. Dwight has a great deal of hands on expertise in the industry, and that hands on experience has translated well to his management/leadership role with Waunakee Remodeling. In addition to his valuable hands on industry experience, he is very personable and communicates exceptionally well. Not only does he take the time to analyze the root problem, but clearly explains and illustrates the issue(s) in non-technical terminology.
