“While a carpet installer was pulling up the old carpet, we discover some rotten flooring, which eventually led us to a hidden leak in a small corner of our roof. Kris came out to inspect, pointed it out right away, but also showed us that the entire side portion under that corner was rotten and soft to the touch. Kris sent me an overly reasonable estimate, I accepted and he gave me a rough timeline.It just so happens that I had to leave the country for an emergency leaving my brother to manage the project and my home.Our dad was a carpenter. We were always involved in remodel projects, building, framing, you name it. We've reroofed several of our own homes. If we were younger, we'd have done it ourselves. The project was completed when I returned home. Kris sent me pictures and my brother watched his team closely ;) saying that they did their job well.I would complain about all the supplies and materials they left behind if it wasn't for the extremely reasonable cost of the project.Thank you Kris! I am grateful for your business.“

“I only have positive things to say about my experience with All-State Roofing. I have an older house with an addition that has a flat roof. Late December, I noticed a small leak on the ceiling after hard rain. Joe was there a couple of days after my call for an inspection of the leak problem and submitting a quote for the work (which was very reasonable, considering it was not a cookie-cutter job). And thanks to the unusually warm weather early February, Joe could schedule the work much earlier than it was planned. The final result looks excellent, the roof is rebuilt in a much better way than it was originally, to prevent water pooling and premature wear of the roof membrane. Support a locally-owned company, you won't be disappointed.“

“Waylon and his team were great... as you'll see from my reviews, I vet thoroughly and then review when I have a great experience. We went with Hardie soffits/fascia/trim + new gutters.This was NOT an easy installation, nor an easy material to work with. The crew carefully removed the existing soffits and fascia; making sure not to damage the redwood siding. They then took the same care when installing the new material.In addition to working hard and great craftsmanship, the crews were friendly, cleaned up at the end of the day and asked any time they had a question. “I recently hired ACC to remodel my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, ACC was communicative, courteous and professional. Chad was extremely helpful during the initial estimate phase, answering all my questions and assisting me with various decisions. He even offered options on what products to pick and how I could save money, which was fantastic. My project manager, Ed, was extremely communicative with me during the demolition/construction phase of the project, letting me know when the guys would be on site and advising me of small issues that needed to be addressed. Cindy, the office manager was awesome to work with, and she kept all these guys in the loop! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the two guys who did all the labor were the kindest, even with my annoying cats :) I will definitely be hiring ACC again to help me accomplish two more large scale projects in the near future!“

“I highly recommend J&V Roofing! We originally contacted 5 different roofing companies to bid a house and porch roof replacement. Out of the 5, Jose was the ONLY roofer. All of the others were just sales reps who knew answers to only basic questions. Jose listened to my concerns and walked around the entire roof, meticulously inspecting the entire thing.
