“I was greeted at the front desk by a woman who was not friendly and extremely short. I’ve been to this clinic many times and she has been there almost every time and I was treated the same way by her. This person should not be representing your clinic at the front desk. Most patients that walk into the clinic are nervous and possibly having major dental work. This employee makes me extremely agitated immediately and makes my experience unpleasant from the start.
That being said, my Dental Hygienist is very nice, personable and professional. I always feel comfortable with her and she does a great job!“
