“Kerry Drake with Drake instruction is an excellent contractor. Him and his crew are hard-working perfectionists.They completely rebuilt my deck to make it safer and used composite. “Before Paul and his crew worked on our deck, it had seen better days: It had planks that were soft and breaking apart, lattice work that was missing, balusters that were warped, top rails that were pulling away from each other, and an overall splotchy coloration from the unevenly fading stain applied years (a decade?) ago.All this was fixed by Paul in the span of a few days: The deck was stripped, washed, and sanded before being stained. New planks were installed. The skirting lattice, balusters, and top rail were adjusted/replaced. We also had him extend the deck railing system to improve safety for our toddler. Our deck now has an more even reddish-brown hue, and the finished product resembles something straight from a catalog. A few days ago, my wife remarked how much more pleasant it is to walk on the deck barefoot.Throughout the process, Paul kept me in the loop. He was very communicative on possible weather disruptions and availability of stains. Whenever we peered through our patio door, we'd find him and his crew working away, fully engrossed in their project. (I use "their" intentionally as it is obvious from their dedication that they take pride in delivering a perfect outcome. Paul has a keen eye for detail.) I had two pieces of vinyl siding that kept coming loose.
The reception took my information and told me Eric will call me.
Eric called me within an hour told me he will be over the next day.
True to his word Eric was over.
It was very hot today and a couple fighting wasp he fixed the siding.
Excellent service and professionalism received today.

“I've used them a couple times and they are quick to get out and get it done. They get 5 stars for that even though the work isn't always always perfect. Just had them over and the shower valve was tilted some and the shower head lead pipe was out of level by a half inch over 3 feet. Small gripe, but for some people that might be big deal.“
