“Yesterday was my 1st experience with Elements in Motion. I have been wanting to take a Pilates class on a reformer for quite awhile but have always felt intimidated to try it. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed. Dr. Kacie explained the reformer to me before the class began. I quickly realized I’ve wasted so much time not trying this. The class was amazing!!!! With each movement we performed we received instruction and Dr. Kacie’s watchful eye making sure we were moving our bodies properly. I appreciated the knowledge and professionalism that I received. I can’t wait to go back!!!!“
“I love 8th State!!!! When I first joined a couple years ago, I was working night shift and not prioritizing my health and wellbeing whatsoever. Long story short, I feel a million times better now that I’ve incorporated hot yoga into my busy life. The classes are peaceful yet challenging, and I always feel like I’m getting a great cardio workout as well as all the benefits of normal yoga. Stepping into the hot studio is like a little vacation for me!
Every single instructor and every class is amazing! Most classes are early mornings, mid mornings, and evenings, but I especially love the new Flow class with Julie at 12pm on Thursdays. She’s a new teacher and totally rocking it, and it’s a perfect fit for me because I’m off on Thursdays and can still sleep in a little :)
I would recommend 8th State to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health!“
“I joined Club Pilates four years ago when they opened and have attended regularly ever since. I love it. I like working out on the reformer, it feels like you're "cheating" at exercise. The instructors are excellent and always change things up to keep it interesting. They incorporate a lot of props (Bosu balls, soft balls, bands, magic circles) and offer a lot of class options (TRX, Cardio, Barre). The front desk staff is efficient and professional. And everyone: instructors, staff, other members, is friendly. I babysit for two toddlers twice a week and wouldn't be able to do so if not for Pilates. I wish I could give them more than five stars.“
“Went here this summer this is a great place to rent paddle boards, definitely recommend earlier in the mornings or weekdays as the lake can get very busy on Saturday and Sundays! But super fun with great people that are super helpful!!“

“I attended the Reiki level 1 class. The information presented was accurate, complete and easy to follow. The hands on portion gave me the confidence to begin practicing Reiki on myself and family. After completing the class there is a 21 day Reiki cleanse. I am in the process of doing the cleanse and it has been truly life changing. I have felt very loved and supported by Daneen not only during the class but also as I continue to grow in my Reiki practice. I look forward to taking Reiki level II in the near future.“
“Wonderful experience. We took a few lessons before our wedding, wanting to be a little better at dancing for our first dance. Vadim looked up our song, suggested what dance to do and choreographed the entire song, intro, what to do during and even a great ending… Every part of the song was counted out and we were given instruction on not only what to do but how to perfect it. We had it down perfectly by the wedding and it was awesome. Very thankful and highly recommend“
