“I bought a home in 2023 with a leaky foundation - any amount of rain or snow melt lead to a continuous flow of water coming in. I reached out to several contractors and all suggested re-waterproofing and installing a sump crock & pump. When Jayme with AFS came over he recognized my home was close to 60 years old and has lasted this long without a sump pump. He was insistent I did not need a sump pump and only needed new exterior drain tile and re-waterproofing. He even guaranteed his proposal for 20years. I ultimately hired AFS to do the job and have been very pleased! His work withstood the recent 12” rainstorm with not a drop of water in my basement! I highly recommend them to anyone with foundation issues!“

“Just had Bath Fitter install a new complete shower for my father in law. The gentleman who came to the house was Jimmy. He was excellent!! I can not believe how well the install went and the shower is beautiful!! Jimmy arrived promptly, took extreme care with the entire process, explained every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was a small mishap with the shower seat and he went above and beyond and had someone bring the correct one to the house while he was installing everything. He even cleaned everything up both inside and outside. It’s like he wasn’t even there! Most places don’t take that kind of care in what they do or how they represent their company. “If I could add more stars, I would. Our shower glass replacement experience was seamless with Donovan Mirror and Glass. Darlene made the ordering process delightful (as she is, herself, delightful.) The quote came within hours. Dave and Dan were incredibly professional and are clearly both industry experts. This glass replaces an existing enclosure and after installation, there is no evidence of the 20 year old enclosure. Look no further for your glass needs.“

“Gilberto and his crew did an outstanding job framing our lower level. Our project is to add 1100 sq ft, below grade with a bedroom, full bath and great room, with full city permits along with inspections required, in our currently unfinished basement. There were a significant number of obsticals, which were all discussed prior to starting our project. Communication was outstanding at all times and the process unfolded exactly as explained. We were out of town while G&A framed the project. We came home to a clean worksite with the crew being done. We have passed city inspections with no exceptions. Our electrician and also our HVAC contractor both made comment as to the quality of the work provided by G&A along with the excellent framing wood provided by them. We don't think a higher compliment can be made, when the other trades on our job inquire as who the framer we used was so they have a new company in their network to call upon. Do not hesitate in hiring G&A.... They are pro's!!!!!“
