ADM’s team took our original plans to convert our unfinished basement and enhanced it to best utilize the space by making changes to HVAC, plumbing, etc. with the goal of making it look not just like a converted basement but instead a beautiful living space. They helped us convert our Pinterest dream into a reality! We enjoyed working with the team when changes were desired to improve our original plan. We have used ADM for three different projects to date- bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, and finishing our basement including the addition of a bathroom. We have an old Tosa home so each of the projects presented challenges. This never phased ADM and they were able to navigate the problems without a problem and did their best to stay within the budget. We found the staff to be talented and kind. The owner, Bob, frequently checked on the project. We were pleased that ADM was willing to work with our budget, stayed within budget, and allowed us to do some of the work to keep costs down. ADM is great! I had them do a phase 1 remodel of my 1960s house. They modernized my Family Room and entry way stair well. I also had them make the stairwell to the basement “less scary” by removing the wood paneling and brightening it up. Can’t wait to have the crew come back to phase 2!Services: Home construction
