Tbh, not my first choice because a lot of times the equipment (dumbbells, handles, benches etc) get spread all over the gym and I have to look for them. Based on my observations though, I think that has more to do with inconsiderate clientele than anything. I see staff trying but sometimes they seem shorthanded.“

11320 W Forest Home Ave, Franklin“Lindsay at Beyond PT is absolutely amazing. I was experiencing pain that started in my shoulder that slowly worked its way down to my elbow. Daily pain and discomfort that affected my work, exercise, sleep, and most importantly, play time with my son. I spent 6-7 months in and out of other treatment plans, was taking pain meds almost three times a day, ice and heat therapy, you name it, I was trying it. I was almost lead to believe that this was just going to be a new normal for me. I went and saw Lindsay the week of Thanksgiving for the first time. Finally someone who genuinely wanted to listen to my symptoms and was eager to help relieve my pain! After just one session of deep massage, stretching, and dry needling I was already starting to feel the benefits. Yesterday was my last appointment of 3 and I cannot believe how amazing I feel!!! I only wish I had gone to her sooner. It would have saved me money, time and tears. Thanks Lindsay and Beyond PT for my life back!“

He really took his time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for as well as remaining mindful of the area impacted by my c-section. I originally set a goal of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight and am currently a few pounds less than that at 5 months post partum. I am stronger than I have ever been and continuing to work on my strength and muscle tone with Ryan. I definitely recommend him as a great motivational trainer to help you reach your fitness goals!“

I thought it was worth my time to try physical therapy first, and I'm very glad I chose VITA to assist with the issue. I worked with Brad and Andy for almost 3 months and with their expertise and encouragement on my not-so-good days, the issue has resolved. I have had to seek out PT care throughout the years and have been to facilities here in Milwaukee as well as around the country. This truly is the best I have come across. They offer individualized care and have a wide arsenal of techniques to make you well. I have seen all ages and fitness levels here too and never have felt out of place. Everyone who works at VITA seems to have a lot of knowledge and are always pleasant including the front desk employees. The insurance billing process has been good too. I have had such a good experience that I have now signed up for some personal training, and I look forward to a stronger me in the future. If you're on the fence about seeking out PT care or improving your fitness, I highly recommend VITA for everyone!“

It's a super effective and much faster way to achieve a thorough workout. The trainers work with you for every workout which is great... and they're very knowledgeable.

I love the ability to focus on weights and heavy weights. I like that you know what the rough format of the classes are each week. Also, in 30 minutes of super-slow strength training, you can accomplish 60-90 minutes worth of "traditional" weight training. The machines are like nothing you've ever worked out on before, & the personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Strength Evolution.“

I have had some health issues along the way but more in the last year. I struggled to stay focused on my body due to my illnesses. I kept going anyway even if I just didn’t feel well.
