I have never had an issue with anyone in this office. When I first started going there in 2010, I had to bring at least one of my children and they were always willing to help. This the first orthopedic surgeon I have seen who properly diagnosed the issue with my knees being a congenital defect.

I broke my elbow and was sent to OT here and I will say that Kat is extremely knowledgeable in explaining and answering every question I had. You can quickly tell that she is extremely passionate about her profession. This was my first broken bone and I’ve never had to go through this process before but she made it a smooth and quick recovery. I was very happy with the care I received.

Called for a follow-up appointment, someone answered and put me on hold for several minutes, then picked up and said the computers were down and they couldn't make an appointment and to call back later that day to see if their computers might be up. I asked if I could get a call back, and she said that she had a stack of work so tall it would be tomorrow before she called me back, and when I tried to ask something, she hung up on me.
