I was told by both an orthopedic surgeon and a podiatrist that I needed to have surgery. Thankfully, the treatment at QC kinetics has vastly improved my mobility and greatly reduced my pain. Over the course of my treatments I was seen by almost everyone on staff. Without exception everyone was excellent. I’m very thankful I was able to avoid all the pain and downtime from surgery!

I Had two shoulders injuries. My right had become a frozen shoulder. The pain was unbearable. My left was so bad it radiated down into my chest. The Orthopedic Doctor did not even believe me, he thought I was one of those people looking for pain medication. I never even asked for any. Finally, He relented to an MRI. This two months later. No apologies, He said to go to physical therapy. I had a torn rotator cuff. And a A.C injury. It would lead to major surgery. I came here with knee pain that forced me to stop running. I have run marathons for years. They provided me with plan to alleviate the pain and get me back to doing what I love, running. My pain improved quickly and by the end of my treatments the pain was minimal to mostly gone. My last treatment was I March of 2023. I began running slowly and became more confident and comfortable running again. I have run several 5k’s and a 10 mile and half marathon successfully. I have another Half Marathon planned but have not signed up for any marathons at this time. I will see how the running goes and maybe next year consider running a marathon .
