A few weeks later we had trouble with our sanitary tub not draining. We cslled Rozga again and Arnie and Hunter came and fixed the problem. They

“Where to start? I was in a cold house for 2 days as my furnace went out. I started by purchasing the minor things like the flame ignitor and the heat sensor. None of those were it as it turned out to be the inducer motor. Well, no one had it available, and I called Tri-Town. The lady told me they can have it available in a few hours at a lower price from other places!! Those ladies working there treated me with so much kindness and were so helpful even to the point that when my part arrived they were about to close for the day, and Jane said she will wait for me to pick up the part!!
