“We had a flood on three floors of our home due to a washing machine that malfunctioned. Dan with Sullivan's was prompt in coming to our home to begin the mitigation. He had a crew here with in a couple of hours setting up all the fans, dehumidifiers and equipment needed to begin drying out our home and curtail mold. Throughout the whole process the crew was professional, communicated continuously, worked closely with insurance and have restored our home almost completely. “complete crook, all comments here are not from customers but buddies and family. at least one of those friends store him in their phone as nick crooks, cause that is what he is. jay cricks is his brother that owns northstar of wausau. great business in wausau, but not in green bay . local cleanup is what you will get. most reputable contractors in area wont work with him in area cause they cant get paid. trust me i know, cause he owes me thousands of dollars. also almost no insurance company wants to work with him. cause he pads the bills, ive seen it. also try to write a low star review on him its impossible. his brother with northstar has access to reach anybodies phonesand what they receive. if you try to access anyother restoration company in wausau area. you will automatically get a message from northstar how that happens is technology and money. its a huge business. but nothstar has a way that if you enter competitions businesses you will get 2 texts, one for job offer and one for work. thats scary, guess there is no free enterprise now. just who can do the shadiest stuff if you have the money.“

I called Servicemaster last Wednesday and Carl came over the same day to look at the areas we needed cleaned up due to mold in the basement.
