I was planning to use this company, but my first call wasn’t a good experience. The person answering the phone came across as pretty rude and dismissive, which honestly made me rethink going any further. First impressions matter, and this one wasn’t great. Hopefully they can work on their customer service.

I deliver their packages and they are very rude every time I go in. Leaving a review is really the only thing I can do that will impact them. Highly don’t recommend if you’re looking for decent people.

I called yesterday morning and three strikes.1. They answered the phone with "hello" I was not sure I was calling Ashwaubenon Plumbing2. 4 weeks before they could get me in with an appointment, I have a leaky pipe. So, really? They suggested I could be on a list for the next two weeks as an on-call, So, really, I also work full time. And then suggested I start to look around...so you want to lose my business?3. I have used you in the past, so you lost a customer. You also said I was rude. 3 strikes and are out.
