A little rigid for @home in communicating with caregivers and supporting your loved ones well being, at a distance, this model of care can be fraught with miscommunications. They do not customize care and quite frankly hinder ´a homey feel’ in this strict standard.They also can’t guarantee a consistent caregiver day to day. The scheduling is unexpected at best for both clients and caregivers. This discontinuity of care is detrimental for those being cared for and their loved ones, advocates and personal care managers.We have used the service since January of 2023.“

My doctor sent my CPAP prescription on a Thursday afternoon, and I received my full kit in the mail on the following Tuesday. It came with helpful instructions and I could even call to ask questions, although the people on the line weren't the most helpful I still got what I needed.I then booked a mask fitting appointment which I just returned from.
