Jen gets a good look at what work you need to have done and then she has a list of qualified professionals that are experts in painting, carpentry, and whatever types of expertise is needed. She brought a small army of contactors by my place mostly at the same time so they could walk around and provide quotes to her.I was having the entire inside of my place painted as well as some major reconstruction of damaged and destroyed drywall areas. In between the original quote and the start date of the job, I had an issue where the guest room downstairs flooded from a broken shower pipe upstairs and the closet was completely destroyed by ServPro because they needed to get to where the water damage was and fix/dry it. I immediately contacted Jen who promptly got contractors out their to re-quote the job to include the repair of the guest room closet.The contractor we went with for everything was Estrella Painting. They did a fantastic job with everything. The painting was very professional and the wall repair was amazing!!I would highly recommend Jen's Home Improvement for your home repair jobs. Big or small, she'll find the right person for your job. In addition to great professional services, she also provides great communication via your phone or text, meaning you don't have to actually call her up every time you talk to her. “We had this vision to put in a pool with a pool house. When we contacted Michael F Simon Builders--they were excited to take on this project. Simon created plans that captured our vision with a pool house attached to our main home. Simon worked closely with Neuman Pools for the first phase of this project building the foundation and infrastructure while Neuman built the pool. Neuman Pools told us how Simon was one of the best companies they have ever worked with. There were many details that had to be coordinated and from the home owner's perspective--everything went perfect!<br><br>For phase 2 of the project, Simon built the house around the pool. They designed the outside of the pool house so that it matched our existing home and the addition looks very natural. Building over a pool had its challenges, yet Simon had all the details worked out. The pool house is stunning with its high ceilings, lighting, sliding glass doors and beautiful windows.<br><br>Throughout the process, Simon has a project coordinator who manages all the details, follows up on everything, and is in regular communication so we always knew what was happening. All the builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. who worked on our project were very social with us and our dogs, hard-working, respectful, and good communicators.<br><br>We had an amazing experience working with Simon Builders and highly recommend them.“
