We have used Michael Simon Builders for two major home remodel projects within the last six years and could not be happier with how they turned out. The process is smooth from start to finish and their staff (both in-house and out in the field) is very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We will use them again if/when another remodel project presents itself.

My wife and I were looking around the Waunakee areas for quotes on a screened deck remodel. We spoke with a few companies but decided to hire MFS. From the first meeting with Dan (sales) and Darren (project manager) we knew we made the right decision. They were very informative and answered all questions/concerns we had. The construction crew of Collin (foreman), Mikey, and Trey were professional, courteous, prompt, and always available to answer any questions we had about the progress. Michael F Simon Builders did a terrific job with an extensive re-model of our home. Quality of work was outstanding, everyone on the team was a consummate professional, communication was excellent, and they accomplished the work on time with the pre-established schedule. We found them to be very easy to work with and will be repeat costumers for any work in the future. Highly recommend them.
