“A motorist lost control of their vehicle and slammed in to the corner of my house. Not the craziest damage, but definitely not something I wanted to deal with on a rainy day. SERVPRO popped up with high reviews - I can see why!

Peyton, Damien, and Dustin came out within a couple hours of calling. They also called me in advance to let me know when they would be arriving, and were very friendly upon arrival. They had me go over what I needed them to do, and made sure we were on the same page before beginning.

They quickly got to work in boarding up my home to ensure excess water didn't get in. After that, they cleaned up a couple gallons of paint that were spilled in my basement. The paint had been drying for about 7 hours in total, but the SERVPRO team quite literally got on their hands and knees scrubbing the concrete to remove the residue - It was WAY above and beyond what I expected.
