“Adam was prompt in replies and service. We had an unusual drop-in sink in our kitchen and no one would accept the job because they were afraid they would crack the granite as a major cut was needed to replace the odd-shaped sink. One neighbor replaced all of their granite to eliminate the ugly sink which was $$$$ because it was an unusual job. Not only did Adam accept the job, he did phenomenal work. Our new sink is in with no cracks in the granite! He added extra features for me such as a water purifier, soap dispenser, and glass rinser making it perfect for our needs. Adam also installed a glass rinser on the lower level and grab bars in the shower. His skills completely met all of the needs of our updates. “We had this vision to put in a pool with a pool house. When we contacted Michael F Simon Builders--they were excited to take on this project. Simon created plans that captured our vision with a pool house attached to our main home. Simon worked closely with Neuman Pools for the first phase of this project building the foundation and infrastructure while Neuman built the pool. Neuman Pools told us how Simon was one of the best companies they have ever worked with. There were many details that had to be coordinated and from the home owner's perspective--everything went perfect!

For phase 2 of the project, Simon built the house around the pool. They designed the outside of the pool house so that it matched our existing home and the addition looks very natural. Building over a pool had its challenges, yet Simon had all the details worked out. The pool house is stunning with its high ceilings, lighting, sliding glass doors and beautiful windows.

Throughout the process, Simon has a project coordinator who manages all the details, follows up on everything, and is in regular communication so we always knew what was happening. All the builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. who worked on our project were very social with us and our dogs, hard-working, respectful, and good communicators.
