King Maple, David and his crew showed up about 9:00am and by mid-afternoon I had a wonderful newly landscaped front and side yard. David is such a pleasure to do business with, his crew is very professional and the end result is perfect. I have used King Maple many times for Spring/ Fall cleanup, hedge trimming, edging my patio, lawn mowing and each time they have done a very professional and great job. “I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to enhance your outdoor space. We had Prairie Pros come and install a paver patio last fall and they did such a great job we had them back in the spring to continue the project to include walkways, raised beds and a fire pit. Great hard working crew. I love my my new patio/firepit area, it really makes our backyard one of a kind. As far as while the project is going on...You do need to keep on them, emailing, texting and calling if there are any issues or things they need to fix. They are Not great with following up or responsiveness, project manager is not responsive so you need to be your own. Lawn repair is not great after project.“

“Revised review from one star to four stars:The corporate office reached out after reading my Google review that was extremely critical, and offered to make things right. If they're willing to stand behind their product and service, and apologize when things don't go well, that speaks volumes about the organization. As I said in my original review, a company isn't always going to be perfect, but what they do when the mess up is what really matters. NatureScape has stepped up and is working with me to make things better, so I'd certainly recommend them from that stand point.I've agreed to give them a second chance, so we'll see how this year goes. I hope they can earn that fifth star from me this summer!“
