Every aspect of the retaining wall and patio they built for me was considered thoughtfully, and executed beautifully. If something was not exactly to their liking, they took it apart and did it again until it was. It was a real pleasure to know that they brought that degree of pride in their work to my project every single day.Jorge is a great builder, who cuts no corners. His crew is friendly, relaxed, deliberate in their work, and happy around each other. Their commitment to getting it right is outstanding, and their work ethic is strong and impressive. My project took two weeks, and they never once showed up late, weary, uninspired, or complaining. On the contrary, they were always on time, they worked at a good, steady pace, they were creative with their problem-solving when they had to be, and at the end of every day they were still smiling.When the job was completed they cleaned up the work site and repaired the lawn far beyond my expectations, even taking their leaf blowers to my trees, shrubs and grass; and they did the same to my neighbor’s deck and yard, where much dust had also settled. The pride they take in their work is obvious in everything that they do.It was a pleasure doing business with Jorge, and I was proud to have his crew on my property. “So far we have been very impressed! We reached out to ask for a quote, and someone was out to the house within a day or two. They did a survey of the lawn and left their impressions with a quote on our front door. No huge sales pitch, no “required one on one meeting”, we were already very happy with our experience (compared to Tru Green and The Weed Man). We took at look at the quote, which was detailed and professional, and were excited that the price was very reasonable for our 63k sq. ft. lot. Today was our first application (a weed control and fertilizer since we’ve started late), and the technician took great care to maximizing the coverage. He left behind a detailed invoice that described the work he had done, down to the concentration of the various products he was using. We will update our review as time goes on, we get the additional applications, and our lawn starts to improve. So far, we are thrilled with the responsiveness of the company, and the individual performance of our technician. We are very very excited to see how our lawn performs!Service: Weed control“

I called Barnes to ask if there was anything they could do. They promptly communicated with their plow employees and called me back to let me know about a resolution.Their communication was timely, respectful, and apologetic. I would imagine it’s the same for paying customers.“
“Revised review from one star to four stars:The corporate office reached out after reading my Google review that was extremely critical, and offered to make things right. If they're willing to stand behind their product and service, and apologize when things don't go well, that speaks volumes about the organization. As I said in my original review, a company isn't always going to be perfect, but what they do when the mess up is what really matters. NatureScape has stepped up and is working with me to make things better, so I'd certainly recommend them from that stand point.I've agreed to give them a second chance, so we'll see how this year goes. I hope they can earn that fifth star from me this summer!“
