I felt welcome and at ease right when I stepped in to her space. I found her spa blue treatment room to be very comfortable and relaxing. I assumed my appt would be about an hour, but she took the first 20-30 min to have a consult to really hear my skin concerns/needs. Once my facial started, I could immediately tell she is on a different level of expertise than any aesthetician I've seen around here. She is SMART, and an individual truly invested in continued learning within her field. She was full of knowledge and offered informative insights into skincare and products for the duration of my treatment. She uses the Face Reality line which is pregnancy safe and highly effective at a very fair price point. My skin felt and looked hydrated and plump after my facial. I cannot wait to go back! “I can't give enough stars for this salon. I was supposed to have an appointment at a different place and they canceled my color for a wedding the day of. I left a message for the Le Cheveu / Encore owner, and she got me in with 2 hour notice ON HER DAY OFF. She fixed my old hair that had 1 year old color that was too grown out. Not to mention great advice for how to keep my copper tones in check between appointments. She's officially my "go-to hair girl" from here on out!“
