“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“I love the instructors! They are welcoming, experienced and able to help folks adjust for different abilities. It feels like a welcoming community space. In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“
“Amazing yoga studio! Loved the online workshop I attended. So much valuable information. Can’t wait for future workshops!“
“Absolutely love this yoga studio! The classes are challenging yet invigorating, and the staff is fantastic - very professional and supportive. I've practiced yoga for years and tried numerous studios, but Millcreek stands out for its exceptional atmosphere and quality sessions. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch yoga experience!“
“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“
“This studio is more than just an amazing place to practice yoga: it is a place where you are welcomed as part of community the second you walk through the door.Classes are exciting, as demanding and challenging as you yourself want to make them, filled with humor and general cheer! The instructors are knowledgeable, gentle in corrections, enthusiastic and charismatic! It feels like even when we are working hard, we have so much fun, you can’t wait to get back to the studio.“
“I love this studio! I started here 15 years ago as a prenatal student and I've been here ever since. All the teachers are great and there are so many different options. And if you are looking for a teacher training program they have an amazing program too!“
“The best private training on the Eastside! Not only are all the trainers friendly and energetic, but they also know their craft and how to motivate people to be their best.“
“If you are new to pilates, this is the place I would highly recommend. Staff is very supportive and kind. Environment is always very clean. I started taking classes with Grace and she really is a great trainer.“
“Great community and facilities. Kika provides a place where people of all skill levels can learn and improve while making it fun/enjoyable.“
“All the classes offered are great. I recently attended the Yoga Nidra and it was money well spent! Invest in your wellbeing and take a class at Lake View Yoga!“
“It is nice to know that there are still people in the world with integrity. I invested in the forex market & cannot express how appreciative I am to this Trader: Anita Crypto Fx,“
“I highly recommend Two Dog Yoga for many reasons. After trying probably dozens of yoga studios in the greater Seattle area, I have found my yoga home at Two Dog Yoga.“
“KAITLIN IS THE BEST!!! I've had hundreds, maybe thousands of massages in my life, but now I've had the best! Kaitlin brings thoughtful energy to her practice. She has great technique, appropriate pressure, and is very knowledgeable on modalities. Highly professional and highly rated. I'm glad I found her!!“
“Fit 4 life is an excellent the trainer is Grant who takes you back to the basics and takes it very slow, however he does this its to the benifit of you, he explains the why and the how, what not to do. He is well versed on other subject matter as well, like diet and nutrition“
“Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“
“Skye King is one of the most gifted massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is highly unique in her skill sets. She is incredibly smart- knows her anatomy, pathophysiology and common pain patterns. She treats specific pain issues and individualizes the session based upon the client's specific needs. She is a fabulous communicator, takes the client's concerns to heart and is diligent to develop the safest and most effective approach. She has absolutely fabulous hands, with an intuitive and highly effective touch. In addition, she is a very kind and compassionate person who is also highly professional. I am a physician who refers patients to massage therapists throughout the Seattle area and I am very particular. I feel very comfortable referring patients, friends and family to Skye and recommend her highly.“
“Best training facility!! Biggest and most varied class repertoire! Staff and trainers are amazing and really know how to create an awesome workout experience!“
“Amazing spa, wellness studio, and zen experience! It's my favorite spa for facials and treatments. Highly talented staff that will tailor the perfect treatment for your skin and budget.“
“Great facilities with experienced wife/husband teachers who have adapted the best of the Bikram method and stayed true to full 90 minute sessions while adding additional options for more core fitness. Very clean studio with large locker room shower area. Good heating system.“
“I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them. The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.“
“I moved to Woodinville about 3 years ago from the Bay Area where I had access to amazing yoga studios and teachers (before the pandemic). Finding a new studio was challenging, but I'm happy to say that I found one I love! The teachers are warm and welcoming, and there is a good variety of classes. They also offer special events like Yoga Nidra, Women's circles, and classes on natural health. It's really wonderful having such a sweet space to practice.“
