My kids started going here for martial arts and they do love it.However, I actually joined the Kickboxing program and it's been really great. The instructors are awesome and do push and encourage me to do more.I love the other people in the class and how welcoming and encouraging they are.Definitely expect to feel sore after the first few times (even still I'm sore on some intense days).

We love everything about West FamilyMartialArts.The environment, the class contents and Master West teaching technique are super good.My 5 years old enjoyed it and he is Master West's tiny fan ?Highly recommend this class?

This is our family's first martial arts experience, and my 6yr old and 8yr old are loving it! Master West and Master Vincent really meet each kid at their level, which is extra impressive because they manage kids at different belt levels within one class. My kids also clearly find the belt and stripe system very motivating, and are excited to take on new challenges to keep making progress.Before starting, I was admittedly nervous about the time commitment (2 classes/wk) and whether my kids would fit in. But we're a month in to classes, and they are more and more enthusiastic each time they go!
