Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They quickly diagnosed the issue, got us on the calendar ASAP, and provided great installation and service installing a new, must more efficient heat pump. Legacy One Heating has been our go-to company for our home heating and cooling because they are reliable, offer helpful advice and provide cost-effective solutions.  We called them the first time when our water heater died unexpectedly. “I was looking for a local HVAC company instead of the going the HVAC corporate route you hear advertising all the time.

Scott at Skyline was recommended to me by a close friend who is also in the HVAC business in Eastern WA.

Unfortunately, my existing heat pump had failed, and I was in need of finding a trustworthy local Tech that could explain to me all my options as to repair what I have or replace with new.

Scott took all the time to explain everything to us and sized up our home as to exactly what we needed whether I used his company or not.

I contacted a few other companies to do a comparison on options and price and timelines, but nobody came close to the knowledge and care that Scott took with us.

Once we figured out it was not cost effective to repair our older system and we agreed on what new system to install it was just a matter of a few days before the install took place.

His install team took pains and strains to make sure we involved and fully aware of what to expect day to day.
