I had learned that Rachel, who did my mom's facial, stayed late in her shift just to accommodate my mom's appointment, which I greatly appreciate. I had an appointment with Donia for a sugaring service and I was very pleased with the results. I appreciate how much attention to detail she put into making sure she had gotten all the hairs off my body as well as making sure I was comfy and not feeling pain throughout the service. I have been serviced by Donia before at a different salon and heard she had started working at a new place so I thought I'd go check it out.
