“I have been going to this location off an on for years. Today when I came in Alexis went above and beyond, I asked about the free month since it had not been put toward my account when I signed up (I just decided to start tanning again after a year break) She spent the whole time I was in the salon reaching out to higher ups to get it fixed. Unfortunately I came in after they had gone home for the day, but she reassured me she had left voicemails along with sending an email to get it fixed. She offered me nose plugs, chapstick, a hair net and a hair tie and eye covers. when I went into the spray tan booth, I have only ever been given a hair net. I told her I didn’t know I could get these products annd why did I need eye covers? and she said I should be given them every time and instructed me on why I would need them and the benefits to using them. I am super thankful for these since it always goes in my nostrils and my lips are always died. She was attentive, super friendly and really went above and beyond for me tonight. I really appreciate this since it’s my kid free 10 minutes a day I get every few days it means so much to be treated so wonderful.I don’t always put reviews out there but when someone stands out and really makes you leave feeling like they cared then a review is warranted. She definitely deserves to be noticed.“

“Following over a year of dry itchy patches of skin on both temples I scheduled a consultation at Keller Med Spa. After a thorough review with a skin care professional, we set up a plan for six microderm procedures. Tammy clearly had the skills required and understood what I wanted to correct which was apparent after the first treatment. This was work that required some abrasive action along with some various applications of other products. Some of it featured a little sting here and there but the bottom line was, after the second treatment the itching had stopped. Tammy continued over the final four sessions to refine and texture the rough spots and extract tiny little bumps. She also minimized a small facial scar that I hadn't really been aware of. Since I went in primarily looking to resolve the itching, all the other work Tammy did was for me a bonus. My skin looks and feels much better. I also decided to start using a loofah sponge to maintain everything that was done.
