I have been going to this location off an on for years. Today when I came in Alexis went above and beyond, I asked about the free month since it had not been put toward my account when I signed up (I just decided to start tanning again after a year break) She spent the whole time I was in the salon reaching out to higher ups to get it fixed. Unfortunately I came in after they had gone home for the day, but she reassured me she had left voicemails along with sending an email to get it fixed. First experience with palm beach tan and I was highly satisfied with my results and the service. All of the staff here was so sweet! Tawnia helped me to enroll and got me into my first cocktail which I absolutely fell in love with! Would definitely recommend everyone goes to see her, this girl knows what she is doing in the tanning game! Will be returning and sending my friends in! Thank you making me feel beautiful.

Great location, staff is friendly and educated on their beds and products. The spray tan is extremely even and has never stained my clothes. The rooms are clean as is the store in general. Highly recommendService: Tanning
