One roofing company came out to evaluate the situation, indicated it was a faulty gutter issue, and that we should have a new roof. We then brought out a gutter company, which indicated it was not a gutter issue, and was in fact a roofing issue, and they recommended Gregg Roofing. The owner, Kevin, came out and, after a very thorough evaluation, identified the problem and the needed repairs, along with some other recommended preventative measures. We initially asked them to apply moss treatment to our roof. while doing that they noticed siding problems around our chimney. This ultimately turned out to be much more serious than just repairing the siding. Much of the under the siding plywood had become rotted due to water leakage. if we hadn't caught it then it would have been a much more serious problem down the road - and much more costly as well.
