“We've had three appointments with Electech in the past few years for various electrical issues. Each time Juston and his crew member, Josh (two members are named Josh, actually), have been professional, skilled, and friendly. One time they caught a potential fire hazard - burned wires - in a supposedly "decommissioned" electrical panel that had wires that hadn't been capped off properly until Electech identified and fixed the problem. I especially appreciate how Juston takes the time to patiently and clearly explain the problem and the solution. In our kitchen with old wiring that leads to many appliances on the same circuit, he explained ways to not overload the circuit. Great guys, great work!“

“We just had Baurer Construction replace all of our windows and extend our LVP flooring into our laundry room. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but these photos do not do their amazing job any justice!<br>They even removed a false window and replaced the siding where it had been located… you can’t even tell there was ever anything there except siding!<br>I will continue to use their services for any future construction needs and I highly recommend Baurer to everyone!“

“I purchased a shower conversion from Kohler/Pacific Bath in early 2023 replacing a 35 year old bath tub. The installers arrived on time, had all of the equipment he needed and did the demo. Unfortunately, we found I had water damage due to years of leakage. This needed to be repaired and it stopped work. The repairs were done that weekend and they came out a couple of days later and did a good job getting the done quickly. This included sending out someone to retexture the walls and ceiling where they worked to ensure it was seamless. I haven't had any major problems at all but noticed after a year or so that some of the hand rails were getting loose. I called Pacific bath and they sent a person out quickly who tuned everything up. While there he noticed a small issue at the top of the shower that we had not seen. He reported it and Pacific Bath sent someone out today to replace the entire wall! They could have short cut the repair with caulking but no, the installer said they wanted to do it right. I am very impressed with their customer service and appreciate the extra steps they took to ensure I won't have future problems. I highly recommend them if you are considering a conversion.“

“We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed.We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.“
