“Not a fan of massages, but as I've aged I've gotten a lot more inflexible. An instructor from my palates class recommended I try it again. Just happened to pass a sign for Metamorphosis as I was leaving class. I booked an appointment and 3 massages later not only an I noticing changes (less creaky), but my instructor just commented on how much more range I had. In addition, I've been having issues with plantar fasciitis in one foot. It's been sore to touch, so I was concerned how much it would hurt to be massaged. But not only did it not hurt but felt wonderful. Three massages later and down to a slight twinge. Highly recommend Metamorphosis!“
