“Not a fan of massages, but as I've aged I've gotten a lot more inflexible. An instructor from my palates class recommended I try it again. Just happened to pass a sign for Metamorphosis as I was leaving class. I booked an appointment and 3 massages later not only an I noticing changes (less creaky), but my instructor just commented on how much more range I had. In addition, I've been having issues with plantar fasciitis in one foot. It's been sore to touch, so I was concerned how much it would hurt to be massaged. But not only did it not hurt but felt wonderful. Three massages later and down to a slight twinge. Highly recommend Metamorphosis!“

“Great atmosphere with very friendly and energetic employees. Cindy, Alla, Heidi and Molly are wonderful people. My wife and I have been visit here for over three years. It is a very close walk from our residence. The price withy the loyalty card is wonderful. Cindi is very strong and works my muscles great. The price is great for the entire atmosphere. It is very important to me that the location is very clean!!!! I visit weekly and it is well worth it.“
