Bob is super helpful and knowledgeable. It's completely evident he's been in the business for decades by his knowledge and helpful suggestions. 0 pressure sales , Bob just genuinely wants to help you get the best carpet (or flooring) for your needs. They don't do installs so you'll need to have your own installer lined up or I'm sure Bob could recommend a good install service. I did my own carpet, so didn't need anyone else. I didn't compare everything they had to offer but for what I needed the prices were totally competitive with the discount/box stores.If you are building a home or remodeling, check this place out before you make the purchase decision anywhere else.

I'm on my second purchase with Wholesale Carpet Outlet. I trust the owner to be honest and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for many years and knows the history of the industry and the manufacturers, as well as where the quality purchase can be found. He has a wide selection and I found his prices to be good. I plan to use him again for my next project.
