I have been coming to Essence of Health and seeing Piper for 2 years. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my massage therapy needs. She does an amazing job with tracking down the source of your pain and making it manageable. She also gives great tips on how to minimize "flare ups" post- massage. She makes you feel very comfortable and able to fully relax. I look forward to my massage appointments because I know we'll have great conversation and I'll leave feeling 100% better. I would recommend Essence of Health and Piper if you are looking for a great massage, you won't regret it!

Our family has been coming to Essence of Health for over a decade. We have seen all of the massage therapists and have been so happy with their services! Their ability to serve clients with a wide variety of needs and cater therapy is excellent. Whether it's a massage for relaxation, during athletic training (marathon in my case), pregnancy, or those muscle aches and pains that occur, they will work with you to provide the best possible massage treatment to meet your individual needs! I would highly recommend them!

For over twenty years I’ve received a weekly massage for my fibromyalgia and spinal issues. Needless to say, I’ve had many massage therapists over the years. I moved to the Vancouver area two years ago and was lucky to find Essence of Health. The therapists, Piper and Cathy are so friendly and knowledgeable! I see Cathy Mann, a very experienced massage therapist. Cathy just knows where it hurts the worst instinctively, she is amazing!! Cathy also uses hot rocks during my massage, I never knew what a difference this would make in keeping my health in check.
