“I found Dr. Vindi by chance, or I'd like to think by a miracle. I experienced sudden hearing loss (which was terrifying) and was in the building next door getting my hearing tested. I was told I had drastic hearing loss and to see the Ear, Nose, Throat specialist. I had already been to urgent care and taking Prednisone with no change. I was lucky enough to get in the next week to meet Dr. Vindi. Before that appointment I saw the ENT specialist and he gave me a Prednisone injection in my ear. This did not help either. To add to the mix, I have an auto immune disease, Lupus, which makes things more difficult. After 1 treatment with Dr. Vindi my hearing started to improve! I could not believe it. Dr. Vindi was very pleased with how quickly I responded and was hopeful it would continue to get better. And it did! After the 2nd visit I had another hearing test and they were surprised at how well my hearing was improving.I had good results many years ago with pain from my Lupus & Fibromyalgia so I thought it may help, but was thrilled with how quickly it helped!Dr. Vindi is very kind and listens to your concerns. “I have spent thousands of dollars and lost countless hours of work in an attempt to alleviate chronic low back pain through conventional means since 2009, including steroid injections, facet joint blocks, physical therapy, a laminotomy-foraminotomy, a neurostimulator implant, and a subsequent neurostim explant, none of which had any consequential effect on my pain. I was on MD-mandated reduced work hours again in 2020 and was in the process of waiting four months for an initial consult with yet another MD at a group of specialists in our area who tout their treatment of pro athletes but have no sense of urgency for commoners. This was after being referred there by my PCP; it was not a self-referral. I could not walk two blocks without wanting to sit down on the curb and call for a ride home. I used to walk 5 miles a day at a good pace. I am not 80! Not even close. I decided to call Dr. Shultz, after trying other chiropractors now and then over the years with limited results. Dr. Shultz took a very extended period of time on my first visit, doing a very thorough background/assessment, and then she started to work on me. I did not have to have x-rays done as part of my intake. I did not get a treatment plan dictating how many months or years I would "need" to be seen. I was adjusted at my initial visit, and Dr. Shultz recommended the frequency of my appointments for the following two weeks. In two weeks she worked miracles, and I was able to cut down on the number of times I was coming in as she continued working on me. She did what no medical doctor was able to do. I still have back pain, but I am not squirming in my chair in pain 15 minutes after starting work, miserable by the end of the day, and needing to call in sick and stay in bed for 3 days by Friday. I am aware of my back's grouch level, and I go in to see Dr. Shultz whenever things are acting up. Maintenance visits are so important! Once again, these are not dictated by Dr. Shultz. It is my body, and she trusts me to know when I need to see her.Dr. Shultz has plenty of tricks up her sleeve. She has done prolotherapy on my upper and lower back with great, extended relief. She is also a fabulous licensed acupuncturist.In 2020 I was not sure I would be able to continue working. Dr. Shultz has literally saved my career. I cannot recommend her highly enough!“

“Thank you, Dr. Cheng!!I went to Dr. Cheng for a case of plantar fasciitis. Up to that point, I had been dealing with debilitating pain & difficulty walking for about 9 or 10 months. I had sought regular chiropractic AND massage treatments plus switched shoes, did self cupping on the area, got a home foot bath, alternated with icing the area and even went so far as to get a hand scooter to give my feet a rest from walking to deal with the pain & swelling. None of it worked.I noticed his facility while I was out running errands & that listed on the window as one of the conditions treated there was plantar fasciitis. Obviously, that's fate, so I made an appointment. I had received acupuncture treatments in the past so it wasn't my first time at this rodeo. And Dr. Cheng was a pro!! He explained the procedures in very clear detail, shared philosophy or approach to help with the understanding, and got the job DONE!!I saw him for roughly 3 or so months, starting with more frequent visits that tapered off as he noticed improvements.The last appointment I had with him he said (I'm paraphrasing) "let's set up an appointment for a month from now, but I don't think you'll need it. If you don't feel like you need it, cancel it." And in less than that month, I cancelled the appointment and have been pain free for two months now AND more active than I've been in what felt like forever. In the last couple of months my Fitbit has registered 10,000 steps 3-4 days/week! The thought that I would get my mobility back to see all the natural beauty the PacNW has to offer seemed so far fetched before I visited him, so I'm extra grateful to be hiking again!I can't thank or recommend Dr. Cheng enough!!“

He determines what's wrong and can put one on a diet that can change everything, as it did me. My weight went down to normal that I weighed in the Navy.If need be, that one needs a medicine, he makes it up in his laboratory and you get it right away. No pharmaceuticals. Just natural stuff. He does blood analysis, but not like the medical industry, by a hole lot from the arm with a needle. But a little click at the lob of the ear and takes 3 drops. With me he found that I was allergic to eggs. That was the cause of 42 years of Arthritis that no one told me about. No eggs, no egg products and all my joints work fine. Happy me.Larry Ellis“
