I'm extremely satisfied with Scott and his team. They are much more on top of communication and responsiveness than I am. Every communication gets followed up on immediately and every question answered. They do a great job and they make sure to close any open loops in any project or message to keep my business safe. As a small business owner, I had about as much time to deal with IT as I had time for solicitors calling during open hours. Zero.I don't know how to keep my machines secure and I had no idea what I would do if all my data was compromised. Honestly... I just wanted to get my work done and not have to think about it.Scott and his crew at CCSI have been wonderful to work with. Their engineers quickly loaded my machines with the needed software and they take care of everything.
