Computech is fast, friendly, professional and thorough. We dropped our laptop off on Tuesday morning and had it back by early Wednesday afternoon. The data was backed up, the RAM was increased, and the dying hard drive replaced. Outstanding service!

I brought my laptop to Gerald after a different computer repair shop in town left my laptop glitchy and most of the functions not working (after they "fixed" my laptop after a coffee spill).It was never the same after I received it back from the other repair shop, and they were baffled as to why it was freezing up and why the operating system seemed to be shot. Well, I was scared to trust yet another person with my main computer, but I'm SO GLAD I found Gerald! Not only was he extremely efficient, he knew what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed right away. I took my HP Envy laptop that took 4-5 trys to boot up and wouldn't run for more that a few minutes in to Computech. I knew it had a dead battery and Gareld installed one I provided for me. I was advised that the old battery had swollen and that could have damaged other parts of the computer. Gareld could have easily told me something had been damaged and charged me for replacing it, but he didn't. Within a short time I had my computer back, minus a bunch of malware, and running like new. I would highly recommend Gareld & Computech for repair and quarterly service.
